About this Journey
Every person who has ever been around horses knows that they make you feel better. Horses make you feel the now. Equine communication is nonverbal — every part of our body language and our emotional state is magnified by the reaction of the horse, offering a magnifying mirror for the subconscious. Through this dialogue we learn to be aware of our body language and the inner state it carries.
